Detailed menu of the Japanese diet for 14 days

For two weeks of diet, we need:

  • good coffee (we will drink a lot and often, so it is better if it is just very good high quality coffee beans);
  • beef;
  • chicken eggs;
  • tomato juice or a few fresh tomatoes;
  • White cabbage;
  • vegetable oil (better if you use olive oil or linseed oil);
  • all fruits (your favorite);
  • sea fish (trout, chum salmon, halibut, coho salmon);
  • carrot;
  • crackers, bread (rye);
  • kefir (it is better not to choose light kefir).

Day number 1

  • In the morning, we drink freshly ground coffee (no sweets). Before coffee, drink a glass of lukewarm water to prepare your stomach for breakfast.coffee for the japanese diet
  • For lunch we prepare a light buttered coleslaw salad. Such a salad will help cleanse the body (pure fiber), and olive oil will allow the skin to remain young and beautiful (this is especially important when dieting). At lunch we drink a glass of tomato juice or eat a tomato.
  • Dinner will be modest but satisfying. Take any fish, boil it or bake it in the oven without salt.

Day number 2

  • At breakfast we drink coffee without milk again and allow ourselves to eat it with a slice of (rye) bread. Also, don't forget a glass of lukewarm water before breakfast.
  • At noon we repeat the menu of our dinner yesterday - fish baked in the oven or boiled without salt.
  • In the evening, we cook beef. It is advisable to boil the meat or simmer it without salt. We water our dinner with kefir.

Day number 3

  • A traditional morning is accompanied by unsweetened coffee with a cookie or crouton. Remember that a crouton and cookies are exactly one piece, not a whole kilogram!
  • At lunchtime, we cook ourselves a delicious and exceptionally healthy zucchini. It can be fried (sliced or halved) in a little oil or baked in foil.vegetable squash for the Japanese diet
  • Today we are expecting a truly royal dinner! hard-boiled eggs (2 pieces). We also cook beef and eat it with coleslaw.

Day number 4

  • After yesterday's feast in the morning we only get hard coffee. No cookies and rusks.
  • Lunch also looks a bit meager - a hard-boiled egg, 3 carrots with butter. The only joy of lunch is the cheese! But only 200 grams.
  • But for dinner, a real treat awaits us - fruit! True, your table on this day can be decorated only with 200 grams of apples, oranges or pears.

Day number 5

  • If you are madly bored with breakfast coffee, today is your day! We have breakfast with grated raw carrots seasoned with lemon juice (you can just squeeze the juice from half a lemon).
  • For lunch we already have the usual boiled or baked sea fish (about 400 grams) and a glass of tomato juice, which can also be replaced with fresh tomato.
  • If you have any fruit left from yesterday, that's great! Today, we find the evening meal with different fruits.

  • And we make our own dinner on the seventh day of our diet - from all the evening options of the previous six days (except for the largest dinner on the third day)

Day number 8

  • Today's diet completely coincides with the seventh day of our diet - green tea, fruit beef, and any dinner you want except dinner on the third day.

Day number 9

  • In the morning, after a glass of lukewarm water, we drink hot coffee.
  • At lunchtime, we allow ourselves to eat chicken (half of a small carcass). It is eaten with a coleslaw or carrot salad (your choice).

How easy is it to transfer the Japanese diet?

  1. It is important to adjust yourself psychologically correctly. Try to come to an agreement with yourself - before you start a diet, don't tell yourself that you will now have to live on a severe restriction diet. Our body reacts unequivocally to such attitudes - it definitely does not want to say goodbye to being overweight. Imagine that you are participating in a fun game.

    Enjoy the new experience. And you will certainly receive harmony and well-being as a reward.

  2. Remember to drink plenty of clean, still water not only during the diet, but also after it. First of all, water creates a feeling of fullness. Second, it is simply necessary for normal metabolism, for the elimination of toxins and toxins from the body. And third, during dietary restrictions, water protects our skin from dehydration.
  3. Completely avoid salt, sweets, and alcohol while on the diet.
  4. Try to get in and out of the Japanese diet smoothly. Likewise, after a diet, do not indulge in your favorite sweets, fried chicken thighs, dumplings and other foods that are harmful to your figure. Remember that harmony and restraint in food are necessary for the harmony of the body.

    2-3 weeks before the diet, gradually give up high-calorie foods, reduce the amount of food eaten.

  5. Observe all items on the Japanese diet menu. Just one product taken at the wrong time can completely wipe out your efforts. Therefore, if you decide to go on a diet, then follow it by all the rules.
